1. Interpretation and Definitions

Service refers to the website, applications, SaaS products, and custom development provided by STAROASIA.
Company (referred to as either "STAROASIA", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to STAROASIA, F-14, Block No. 1, Meera Nagar, Ambe Market, Chittorgarh, Rajasthan 312001.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. Use of Service

By purchasing or using our services (including custom software, SaaS products, or maintenance), you agree to be bound by these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and for keeping your account password secure.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

For services purchased online, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Service. For SaaS products, services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by you or terminated by us.

4. Intellectual Property

For SaaS products, the Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of STAROASIA. For Custom Software Development, the intellectual property rights will be governed by the specific project agreement signed between You and STAROASIA.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall STAROASIA or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of India, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws. The exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the courts located in **Chittorgarh, Rajasthan**.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by **arbitration** in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
