Portfolio, Brand & Testimonial Disclaimer
Scope & website identity
This disclaimer applies to the website at staro.in, including regional landing pages, portfolio entries, project descriptions, testimonials, images, logos, links and content reached through a STARO-related domain redirected to this website.
STAROASIA is a registered firm name and the primary identity represented by this website. STARO is the collective abbreviation used to present the organisation as a whole and is not a separate contracting entity. This disclaimer also applies to STARO INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED where that company markets, contracts, invoices or delivers services through this website. The entity named in an applicable proposal, agreement or invoice remains the contracting party for that engagement.

Portfolio attribution
Our portfolio is intended to describe work performed by STARO, its team members or personnel working within an identified delivery arrangement. We aim to distinguish the nature of each relationship using labels and surrounding text, including:
- Direct engagement — work contracted directly with the named client or project organisation.
- Consulting contractor or partner-delivered work — work delivered through, for or alongside another agency, vendor or delivery partner.
- Complete tech partner — an ongoing, broad technology role for the named platform; this does not imply ownership, equity or a legal partnership unless separately stated.
- Private platform — non-public software described at a high level to avoid exposing confidential information.
A portfolio reference describes the scope attributed to STARO; it does not claim that STARO was the only contributor. Complex digital products commonly involve client teams, agencies, technology vendors, content teams and other specialists. Contract terms, confidentiality duties and approved public descriptions take priority over website wording.
Partner-delivered Royal Enfield & Eicher work
Royal Enfield and Eicher Motors were not direct STARO clients for the work shown on this website. STARO delivered the referenced work through TechChefz Digital in a consulting-contractor and specialist UI/UX engineering capacity. The portfolio describes STARO's contribution to selected experiences; it does not claim the entire programme, the client relationship or the contributions of other delivery-team members.
References to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), UI/UX execution, animation, scrolling interactions, performance optimisation, proofs of concept, training or framework improvements describe areas of technical contribution. Statements such as “landmark”, “first of its kind” or similar expressions describe the delivery team's experience and the relevant programme context unless an independent, measurable basis is expressly cited.
Brand names, logos & trademarks
All third-party names, logos, product names, service marks, screenshots and other brand assets remain the property of their respective owners. They are used only where reasonably necessary to identify an organisation, project, product, delivery relationship or publicly accessible work.
The appearance of a third-party brand on this website does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, affiliation, partnership, authorised-vendor status or a direct client relationship. Any such relationship exists only where expressly stated and supported by the relevant engagement.
We do not claim ownership of third-party marks or a broader licence to them. Brand assets may be resized or cropped for responsive presentation without an intention to alter their meaning or reputation. No visitor may reuse a third-party mark from this website without permission from its owner.
Testimonials & attributed statements
We publish a testimonial or attributed client statement only after taking reasonable steps to confirm its source and obtaining approval for the statement or its publication. Approved testimonials may be lightly edited for spelling, grammar or length only where the meaning is preserved and the resulting wording remains approved.
Cards marked “Approved statement pending”, “reserved” or similar are layout placeholders identifying an engagement from which a testimonial may later be requested. They are not testimonials, ratings or endorsements, and no quotation is attributed until approval is received.
A testimonial reflects the named person's or organisation's experience at the time it was provided. A person's role, organisation, project status or opinion may later change. Testimonials do not guarantee that another client will receive the same outcome.
Partner, referral & affiliate references
An application to, or discussion about, the STARO partner programme does not establish an authorised partnership, agency, employment, franchise, joint venture, endorsement or exclusive relationship. A person or organisation may describe itself as an authorised STARO partner only to the extent expressly approved in a current written agreement.
A referral or affiliate may be eligible for compensation under written terms. Such compensation does not change STARO's responsibility to assess project fit independently, and it does not authorise a referrer to make promises or bind STARO. Referrers are expected to disclose material commercial relationships where required by law or where omission could mislead the person receiving the recommendation.
Results, capabilities & case-study claims
Project descriptions are concise summaries and may omit context, dependencies or the work of other contributors. Performance, delivery speed, lead generation, revenue, conversion, search visibility, cost savings and other outcomes depend on many factors outside STARO's control. Unless expressly documented with a defined method and period, qualitative descriptions are not promises of a particular result.
Examples, estimates, prototypes, proofs of concept and discussions of possible benefits are illustrative. They do not form a warranty or service commitment. Binding scope, acceptance criteria, service levels and promised outcomes must be stated in a signed engagement document.
Project status, availability & changing information
Portfolio descriptions generally reflect work performed or the state of a project at the relevant time. Websites, routes, features, designs, ownership, teams and commercial relationships can later change, move or go offline without STARO's control. A current external page may therefore differ from the version to which STARO contributed.
We take reasonable care with portfolio information but do not warrant that every external link, title, role or status will remain continuously current. The absence of a project, client or partner from this website does not imply that no relationship existed.
Third-party websites & content
External links are provided for identification and convenience. STARO does not control and is not responsible for an external website's present content, security, availability, accessibility, privacy practices or later modifications. Following an external link is at the visitor's discretion and is subject to that provider's terms and policies.
Third-party content and links do not constitute STARO's legal, technical, financial or professional advice, and a link does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Corrections, rights-holder concerns & objections
We welcome good-faith, substantiated notices about a possible factual inaccuracy, attribution issue, confidential disclosure, testimonial concern, trademark or copyright issue, or an implication that could reasonably misstate a relationship.
Please email info@staro.in with the subject “Portfolio / brand objection” and include:
- the exact page URL and the specific statement, image, logo or asset concerned;
- a clear explanation of the requested correction and the basis for it;
- your name, organisation, contact details and relationship to the affected party;
- where rights are asserted, enough information to identify the work or mark and your authority to act; and
- relevant supporting material, while avoiding unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal data.
We aim to acknowledge a sufficiently detailed notice within two working days and complete an initial review within 15 working days. Complex matters or requests involving third-party verification may take longer. We may ask for clarification, consult the relevant client or delivery partner, preserve relevant records, add an interim clarification, restrict an asset while reviewing it, or correct or remove material where appropriate.
Submitting an objection does not automatically establish infringement, inaccuracy or a duty to remove content. We will assess the notice in good faith, considering applicable law, contractual rights, confidentiality, accurate attribution, freedom of expression and the rights of all affected parties. Fraudulent, abusive, incomplete or unsupported notices may be declined. Nothing in this process waives any party's legal rights or remedies.
General disclaimer
The website and its portfolio content are provided for general information and business-development purposes. They are not legal, financial, regulatory or other professional advice. While we use reasonable care, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law.
This disclaimer does not excuse a misleading statement or override rights that cannot lawfully be limited. It should be read with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. A signed client or partner agreement prevails where it expressly governs portfolio permissions, confidentiality or attribution.
